HMI Ventures is a venture development company, focused primarily on Pakistan, with a view to scale to markets in South Asia and the developing countries. Our unique venture development model is suited to entrepreneurial endeavors in developing countries where venture capital and an entrepreneurial ecosystem is nascent. Much like a venture capital company, we own equity in a portfolio of companies we help incubate or accelerate. However, unlike most venture capital companies, we are suited to be much more operational and hands-on in order to increase the probability of success.
